I work where subtle choices do the heavy lifting.

 

Directors cast me as grounded, complex women: doctors, lawyers, professors, therapists, executives, mothers with history, neighbors who see more than they say. I’m known for stillness that plays on camera, emotional nuance, and the ability to lock in the moment they call “Action.”

 

My background in psychotherapy and drama therapy has trained me to believe that no character is “mundane.” Everyone has an inner life worth investigating, and I bring that curiosity and respect to every role—from leads to the quietest supporting presence. That same instinct lets me find humor in unexpected places and anchor comedy in something honest, not forced.

 

I play mid-50s to mid-60s with a natural, modern look—silver hair, cool, clean lines, and a face that hasn’t been overworked. I bring preparation, emotional flexibility, and a collaborative temperament to every set.

 

When I’m not acting, I’m usually doing something that feeds the work: hunting for vintage pieces with stories in their seams, traveling or dropping myself into new environments, being outside with my dog Sherpa (objectively the best of dogs, and daily proof that unconditional love exists), fussing over plants, improvising soups, or falling down rabbit holes of animal rescue videos and astrology charts. I also have a habit of rearranging my closet for reasons I haven’t quite worked out. I try not to get hypnotized by the outrage of the day and stay tuned to the bigger story; I like people, I like their mess, and I like finding the sly, human humor tucked inside almost everything.
